Volunteer Probation Mentoring Programme (CoPPer Initiative)
A three-year European initiative that brings trained volunteers into probation services to strengthen rehabilitation, reintegration, and community engagement. We are working to bring the CoPPer Initiative to Sint Maarten — building a structured volunteer mentoring programme that supports probationers and parolees while deepening community involvement in the justice system.
