You must report to the J&IS office at the AJC Brouwers Road Nr. 4, in the Yogesh Commercial Complex, Unit 2 E/F/G, on the date or time frame stated in your court order, decree or dismissal letter. Bring a valid form of identification and any documents you have received. If you are unsure about your reporting date, contact J&IS as soon as possible.
During your first appointment, a probation officer will explain your conditions, discuss your personal circumstances, answer your questions, and develop a supervision plan with you. You will also receive information about your rights, responsibilities, and what is expected during your supervision.
You are expected to attend all scheduled appointments. If you cannot attend, you must notify your probation officer as soon as possible. Failing to report without a valid reason may be considered a breach of your supervision conditions and may be reported to the Prosecutor’s Office
Travel may be restricted depending on the conditions imposed by the Court or the Prosecutor’s. Persons on parole, must request travel permission from the Miinister of Justice through the Probation Department. Always discuss your travel plans with your probation officer before making arrangements. Approval may be required.

If you fail to comply with your supervision conditions, your probation officer may report the non-compliance to the Prosecutor’s office. Depending on the circumstances, this may result in a warning, additional conditions, or legal action.
Your probation officer can provide guidance, make referrals to partner organisations, and help you develop a reintegration plan. While J&IS cannot guarantee employment or housing, we will work with you and our partners to identify available support.
Yes. In some cases, involving family members or other support persons can strengthen your supervision and rehabilitation. Discuss this with your probation officer.
