About
Professional Integrated Services Within The Justice & Care Framework
J&IS operates under formal mandates within the judicial and governmental framework of Sint Maarten. Because of this, our multidisciplinary team works closely with justice partners, social services, treatment providers, schools, and community organizations to deliver professional, lawful, and evidence-based interventions. In addition to supporting rehabilitation and reintegration, our work protects vulnerable children and families. Therefore, everything we do is grounded in accountability, professionalism, restorative practices, and community safety.

J&IS delivers a wide range of services that support public safety, child well-being, rehabilitation, and restorative justice across different divisions.
Structured supervision, behavioral guidance, risk management, and reintegration support for justice-involved individuals.
Protection and supervision services that support children and families under judicial measures to ensure safe and stable environments.
Structured residential care and daily support for youth requiring temporary out-of-home placement and stabilization.
Recruitment, training, guidance, and support for foster families providing care to children who cannot safely remain at home.
