Our Core Task Executing & Supervising
Staff consists primarily of trained social workers who hold a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent working level in fields such as social work, social-judicial work, social-pedagogical work, forensic studies, criminology, or other relevant disciplines. Their work is grounded in professional ethics, statutory responsibilities, and evidence-informed practice.
Continuous professional development is a core principle within J&IS. Our team is continuously trained in evidence-based methodologies, risk assessment, behavioral interventions, child protection frameworks, and supervision practices. This ongoing investment ensures that our interventions remain effective, proportionate, and aligned with current professional and legal standards.
Administrative & Financial Support
Staff are professionally trained in administrative processes, financial management, confidentiality, and compliance, providing the operational backbone that supports safe and lawful service delivery.
The Managing Board and Director of J&IS hold tertiary-level qualifications with professional backgrounds in public administration, social work, law, business management, finance, and education. This diversity of expertise strengthens governance, strategic oversight, and organizational accountability.
